He explained (in detail) what he was going to do, what materials would be used and how long it would take. We then went over some of the finer points (picking style, string gauges, etc). He then gave me a very reasonable quote and we agreed on a pickup date.When I picked it up, the work he did exceeded my expectations. I could tell just by looking at the new, unbleached bone nut that the work was professionally done and to my specifications. It was perfect. He then charged me exactly what we agreed upon, no hidden charges. I can’t recommend him highly enough, and would definitely use him again. Very professional.*side note: be very cautious when choosing a repair shop. The original replacement was done by a “manufacturer certified service center”. I honestly don’t know what skill level is needed to become “certified”, but it seems that the bar is set quite low. read less
